These are not resolutions.

1. Bake more.
2. Cook & eat more vegetables.
3. Eat & drink less but...
4. Enjoy what I eat & drink more.*
5. Rediscover a passion for exercise.**
6. Don't hold things in. Communicate.


*It's OK to leave some food on my plate or beer in my glass if my enjoyment is over.
** Running? Lifting? Climbing? Biking? Hiking? Is this the year I try CrossFit? P90X?
